Passion, commitment, motivation are some of the essential ingredient of being committed to a job. Doing a job without intrinsic or even extrinsic motivation will not produce desired results. Moreover, as a member of any organization, it is almost impossible to work on our own. We need to join hands with our team to achieve the organization’s goal. However, team spirit is not something that will happen overnight or on its own. It has to be brewed and nurtured. In order to energize and vitalize the ERA Community Centre’s team further, a training session was held in Taiping. The three day event started on 23rd February 2007.
