January 2010 marked the one year anniversary of the launch of DHRRA Malaysia’s Radio Programme. The program entitled Uyervai Nokki, which directly translated as ‘Towards Success’, is aired every Friday from 10.15pm to 11pm in Minnal FM.

Hosted by Chandrasuria, a renowned media personality, the program serves as an avenue to empower the vulnerable communities through dissemination of information. Through Uyervai Nokki, DHRRA Malaysia is able to reach out to a wider population. Moreover, the listeners are able to obtain essential knowledge and skills for self development with minimal cost.

The listeners of Uyervai Nokki are provided with information on variety of relevant topics such as Malaysian Law, psychological well being, educational opportunities, parenting and consumer tips. They are also given opportunity to listen to inspiring stories of people who have overcome various challenges in their lives.  

Through this radio program DHRRA Malaysia is reaching out to vulnerable communities. The organization is able to inform about the services that we have at the centre. Is hoped to reach many more and touch the relevant topics and help enhance life of people.
